Account Manager Enschede

As an Account Manager you are responsible for account management initially. You support Datatrics’ acquisition of partners/clients in The Netherlands.

Enschede (NL) / Fulltime

As an Account Manager you are responsible for growing our client and partner portfolio. Together with a team of Coordinators and Account Managers you will support Datatrics acquisition of partners/clients in The Netherlands. You inform potential clients and partners about Datatrics. You provide potential clients and partners information on how Datatrics´s platform can benefit their online business. You are a real ambassador of the company. You will report to the Senior Account Manager in Enschede.

This fulltime position is based in our Enschede Office.

 

Responsibilities

  • Promote the Datatrics brand name and its platform to e-commerce companies in the leisure/travel and retail industry.
  • Responsible for growing our client and partner portfolio, growing our Dutch marketshare.
  • Creating more brand awareness around the Datatrics brand.
  • Liaison person for clients and partner to contact when they have questions;
  • Providing clients with information by mail and email, including follow-ups;
  • Organize and coordinate Events and Trade Fair visits to liaise with potential clients and partners.
  • Follow up data and statistics with relevant actions.

 

Skills

  • min. 2 years of experience in a relevant account management position;
  • Preferable; work experience in account management for a SaaS company;
  • Fluent English and Dutch speaker and writer;
  • Understanding or Interest in the e-commerce/marketing industry;
  • Affinity/experience within e-travel/hospitality and/or retail;
  • Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently;
  • Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
  • Great face-to-face and phone communication skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality;
  • Data-driven;
  • Teamplayer;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Driver license;
  • Availability to travel 50% of the time;
