As an Account Manager you are responsible for account management initially. You support Datatrics acquisition of partners/clients in The Netherlands. You inform clients about Datatrics. You provide clients information on how to use Datatrics´s platform. You are a real ambassador of the company.
This fulltime position is based in our Oldenzaal Office.
- Promote the Datatrics brand name and its platform to hotels and retail companies;
- Responsible for growing our new business and existing business;
- Liaison person for clients to contact when they have questions;
- Providing clients with information by mail and email, including follow-ups;
- Accompany and train clients on how to use Datatrics’s platform and Support clients with regards to Datatrics’s system;
- Organize and coordinate Events and Trade Fair visits to liaise with clients and potential clients.
- Follow up data and statistics with relevant actions.
- 2 years of experience in a relevant account management function;
- Fluent English and Dutch speaker and writer;
- Affinity/experience within e-travel/hospitality and/or retail;
- Pro-active, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently;
- Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail;
- Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills;
- Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality;
- Business focused;
- Positive attitude;
- Driver license;
- Availability to travel 50% of the time;
