As a Sales Coordinator your main task will be to provide support to the Client Success Managers.
Datatrics helps to increase sales by being more relevant at the right time and place. We make Big Data available from all channels you can think of: Social, CRM, Advertising, Email, Google Analytics, Chat and Webshops. This leads to unique correlations and are linked to automatic marketing and sales actions which leads to higher conversions and more sales. Datatrics makes Big Data accessible, affordable and understandable for everyone.
This fulltime position will be based in our Oldenzaal office.
- Liaison person for clients to contact when they have questions and the Client Success Managers are unavailable
- Help to extend our acquisition database and keep this up to date
- Support our Sales Department in growing our business
- Provide support to clients in setting up their portal which should lead to the basic of a successful relationship
- Deliver training to new clients on how to use Datatrics Portal
- Advise clients regarding the customer journeys and segmentation
- Providing clients with information and advice by phone and email, including follow-ups
- Looking after administrative related tasks
- Provide information to clients to ensure content is available and accurate
- Monitor performance of our clients and report back
- Fluent Dutch and English speaker and writer
- Affinity/experience within E-travel and/or hotel/travel industry is a plus
- Pro-active, sense of responsibility and can work independently
- Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills
- Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-commerce
