Product update: new Datatrics Insights module

We’re proud to present our new insights component. With this new feature we would like to provide you, as a Datatrics user, with interesting insights about your visitors and customers.

Inspiration

We’re proud to present our new insights component. With this new feature we would like to provide you, as a Datatrics user, with interesting insights about your visitors and customers. These new insights should inspire you to create even more touchpoints within journeys or campaigns to target those customers or visitors you think should be reached with a personalized message. Within insights you will see segmentation based on our Datatrics algorithms combined with user characteristics. This combination should provide you powerful opportunities to look into . Our new insights component consists of two sections: acquisition and retention.

Acquisition

Acquisition is specifically built to provide an overview on your visitors. We have grouped these visitors in four different buying phases using our Datatrics algorithm. All visitors for the last 30 days are shown per buying phase. You can see how many visitors these are and how this has changed compared to 30 days before.

If you select a specific customer journey phase you can get even more insights about the visitors within this group. We provide an in-depth view using our algorithm, but using visitor characteristics as well.

  • Source & UTM


Retention

Retention is created to give an overview of your customers. We’ve created a retention grid in which all customers for a year-to-date are placed in a group segmented on their last purchase date and the number of purchases. More info is given on group size and how this has changed compared to 30 days before.

If you select a specific group you get more specific insights on these groups, as within our acquisition section. WIthin retention we provide further details on:

  • Customer type
  • Persuasion type
  • Technology

Usability

Getting more advanced insights in your visitor and customer should get you started to create even more audience segments using these new insights to improve your Datatrics potential.
